we know you'll love your keycap. but if you want to give it back for some reason, we'll make it easy. we'll even let you keep it if it came broken.
before 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, you can choose to receive a full refund with no return, or full store credit.
items can only be refunded without a return if they are:
• factory defected/damaged
• damaged during shipping
items can be returned in exchange for store credit if they are:
• incorrect/inaccurate from the item ordered
• returned in new condition
• returned in the original packaging
returns or exchanges aren't accepted over 7 days after delivery.
